I printed this hinge on an ultimaker with heated bed, in ABS.
settings I used:
- nozzle temp: 250C
- bed temp: 90C
- printing speed: 50
- Layer thickness: 0.1
- Wall thickness: 1.2
- Fill: 50%
I see no reason why this wouldn't work in PLA or other materials, but you'll have to figure out the settings for that yourself.
