Ulticontroller hinge modified

This design is based on the ulticontroller case designed by Bryan Howard:

I wasn't happy with the way the hinge should be attached to the ultimaker, so I designed another one that doesn't need to be screwed to the ultimaker. It mounts very well, the hinge clamps to the ultimaker housing and it's a tight fit. You will not knock it off easily.
