I printed these "on their backs" with the cut side up, so very little support was needed - none internally. Printed coarse, out of PETG (what I happened to have on the printer at the time). Print 1 per screw you want to cut. After cutting, you probably want to grind or file the cut end of the screw. You can do this with the guide on or off. Print 1 per screw, and dispose after use.
