If you need a different size insert, send me a message ("Chat with Creator" at the bottom of the page) with the following measurements:
-
Height of the tire at the inside surface of the tread. This is the outside diameter of the insert.
-
Width of the beadlock ring. This is the inside diameter of the insert.
-
Width of the inside surface of the tread. This is the width of the insert at the outside diameter.
-
Overall width of the tire. This is the maximum width of the insert.
-
Weight of the truck, ready to drive. This isn't a simple change, but I have adjustable parameters for spoke thickness and number.
I designed these using Overture 95a TPU, with line width adjusted in the slicer, so the spokes are one line wide. These are very easy to print as long as you have a TPU slicer profile dialed in. I printed them on my nearly stock Ender 3 v1 with a .4mm nozzle at 230° directly on an FR4 build plate at 60° initial bed temp, and 40° after the second layer. The only modifications to the printer are a direct drive extruder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816051) and FR4 fiberglass build plate (https://a.co/d/b8ip2PH).
