NOTE: This insert is designed specifically for the dimensions of the Vanquish H10's stock 4.75" tall tires on 24mm wide 1.9" wheels. If you have different tires or wheels, please send me a message with the dimensions listed under technical information. I will configure one tire height/wheel size combination per order, but I'll work with you on the rest of the parameters so you have exactly the right insert for your truck.

Another note (10/15/24) : I am continuing to develop this design for different applications. I'm happy with how it works on my Vanquish H10 with stock tires (which are amazing for "free") and 24mm 1.9" aluminum wheels, and will now start optimizing for my Wraith (2.2s with 5.5" tall tires), and then my SCX10.3 JLU (1.9s with 4.19" tires). I'll be posting dated updates here. If you see an update about your tire/wheel combination, send me a message.

Update (10/17/24): I got annoyed with trying to remove supports, so I spent many hours looking at how I can get rid of supports entirely without compromising on some of the features that make this design work so well, and I think I've figured it out, plus added a lot more tuning options. A new design composed of several slices of the insert will be live later today, after I go play on the rocks. Now the inserts can be printed flat, then stacked and riveted together with a piece of 1.75mm filament and a soldering iron. Each layer can be printed with different geometry, material, or hardness, to achieve the exact support your truck needs. For example, outer layers could be printed in 95A TPU with 12 spokes to give more sidewall support for side hilling, and inner layers could be printed in 83A TPU with 8 spokes to give more tread conformability.

I've been unhappy with the performance of tire foam and silicone inserts for a while, so I downloaded a few of the existing printed insert designs to try. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with those, either, so I decided to design my own. I developed this design specifically for the Vanquish H10 I'm building into more of an Ultra4 truck, which means I have to keep speed in mind. This design has a thicker outer ring to fully support the tread of the tire, and symmetrical spokes arranged to create progressive resistance.
