I printed with PETG, 30% infill, .32mm layer coarse, 8mm brim and support on items touching buildplane. My own setup uses "coasting" to help prevent stringing, and uses "ironing" on the top layer only to clean up the look a little. YMMV. Very happy with the result. I tried 90% infill on an earlier print, and determined that was overkill. Waste of time and plastic, for even the heaviest drive I could consider putting in there. The screw holes threaded easily, but I wouldn't torque them down super-tight, so as not to stress out the plastic. The drive I'm using is very light, and solid state, so vibration backing the screws out is not likely to be a problem. I didn't provide screw holes for the 2.5in drive, and thus obviously didn't use any screws for it. There are no locating pins or anything - it just basically clamps the drive down to the bracket bottom after it's been attached to the fixed-position SATA connector. Hope this helps somebody!
