Some parts I knocked up to modify my new Zero 9 scooter
- A cap for the charging port, to replace the terrible rubber one that doesn't stay in place
- A clamp for the steering stem that adds a hook for a helmet or a light bag
- A stem to add a small mirror (a repurposed cheap "bar end" mirror)
Eventually, I want to extend the steering stem clamp to prevent the steering from rotating when folded, and add indicators, a better mirror, bluetooth-based cutoff / alarm and a bell.

Some of these prints are a bit tricky (two have print-in-place pivots, one is very thin & has a very large overhang that can't have supports in it). I printed them all in eSun ePA-CF (which has great strength & overhangs) with an 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. I wouldn't try in PETG - it's too sticky. Most need some level of supports.
Thanks. Please let me know how the print turns out, feedback is always appreciated.
To be honest, it's unlikely I'll find time to do a mudguard. If I do create one I'll definitely put it up here. But so far that particular issue hasn't been an problem for me, and I've always got more ideas for parts than time to put them together (even these three parts I've done already bug me, because there's improvements I want to make I haven't had time to do).

Love these designs! I will definatley be printing the cap to stop my 1yr old playing with the plug! Would you consider doing one for a extended rear mudguard? I find i still get a rather wet rear when its even slightly wet outside!
