I needed to loosen a very well rusted stuck wingnut on a long bolt. My regular driver wasn't long enough to fit over the bolt, so I came up with this extension.I printed mine 0.2mm, 100% infill with Colorfab XT and it handled the stuck nut without any problems.It's probably best to print it on one of the long flat edges so the layers run perpendicular to the rotation. I also printed it vertically as shown and expected it to sheer off after the socket connection but it held up fine.
