There are some exports, but I think they are only surface descriptions like STL, or 2D file exports, not any of the one you mention. Working of of the STL is probably the best, if not using OpenSCAD, though definitely not ideal. Alternatively, it shouldn't take too long to redo the design.

I don't do OpenSCAD, so I won't. Does it have exports into STEP, IGES, ProE or other established CAD formats?
