1/4" (or similar thickness) ABS plastic sheet laser cut. Could also be CNCed, waterjet etc. Heat gun Design uploaded is for 8-1/2" x 11" transparency with holes punched 1/2" to either side of where holes would normally be punched. Do this by offsetting the paper 1/2" and punching then flipping the paper end for end and punching again.
