Print both box and lid with support. Once printed will require you to remove support from both box and lid so that they fit together. Depending on size of print bed, you will probably have to scale the box down. I used 50% for the images I attached. Be sure to scale both the box and the lid to the same size (percentage). I used 1.5mm layer height and it seemed to work quite well. Both .STL and OpenSCAD files are included
