The office I am working for have a lot of unused Dell UltraSharp U2412M IPS-monitor stands. Although, having nice mechanism like adjustable hight and 90 degree rotation feature, the stand does not have VESA compatibility to support many other LCD screens.
So, I designed an adapter to VESA 75mm x 75mm mount, so that I can use taller and more flexible Dell monitor stand for my LG 23EA63V IPS Monitor at home.
You will unscrew the original mount and place this mount to get VESA mount.
For VESA mount, I used M4 8-12mm screws.
note: Some other Dell monitor stands seems to use the same mechanism as the one I have mentioned. So this design would be applied to other Dell monitor stands.
Technical
PLA may endure the weight. CPE or PC would be better in the strength.
Infill and adhesion may depends on the material.
I used Tough PLA with PVA infill 80% with brim adhesion. I expect PLA only (with PLA support without brim) should just work as well.
Thank you Matt for your request!
I have uploaded two Fusion 360 Archive files "Vesa75 Dell V13" and "V14".
V13 is equivalent to .stl file. V14 is an improved version at screw hole,.
