Originally done and shared October 25th 2011 - it's here for the archive -Just print him out in a Lion colour and maybe if you are feeling adventurous print him hollow and fill him with some objects while he prints, then he can make a noise as you shake him as some unsuspecting people. GrrrrrI used Hama beads in him, you can use whatever you like.
