Update! (3/17/2016)Finished printing  my dust covers for the Y & Z stuff, finally got around to milling out a window.  It's 71mmx71mm with a 20mmx20mm hole in the middle.  Snaps right in, no need for glue!Update! (3/10/2016)I found the original creator on Inventables and wanted to link FrancisMarasigan's design here, much love for the orignal concept! https://discuss.inventables.com/t/fixed-dust-extractor/11119Also , Nightram posted the model files here on youmagine as well:https://www.youmagine.com/designs/xcarve-fixed-dust-collectorThanks a ton!I saw someone printed a vacuum adapter for their x-carve to help mitigate dust, and they never released the stl. I liked the design, so I made my own. It's two parts, since I couldn't fit it on my print bed in one go.  It's designed to accommodate up to 3/4" plywood, probably the thickest thing I'll be cutting for a while. It's a work in progress, so I'll update it as I get everything finalized. This is the first iteration, and it's printing right now, so I'll upload pics when it's installed and working.I printed this at 0.3mm / 205 degress (PLA) / 30% infill, seems to be holding well together. There is also a new adapter for my hose to my cheap sears shopvac as well (35mm ID at the shopvac / 39mm OD for the hose).
