Update! (3/17/2016)Finished printing my dust covers for the Y & Z stuff, finally got around to milling out a window. It's 71mmx71mm with a 20mmx20mm hole in the middle. Snaps right in, no need for glue!Update! I liked the design, so I made my own.
It's two parts, since I couldn't fit it on my print bed in one go. It's designed to accommodate up to 3/4" plywood, probably the thickest thing I'll be cutting for a while.It's a work in progress, so I'll update it as I get everything finalized.
This is the first iteration, and it's printing right now, so I'll upload pics when it's installed and working.I printed this at 0.3mm / 205 degress (PLA) / 30% infill, seems to be holding well together.There is also a new adapter for my hose to my cheap sears shopvac as well (35mm ID at the shopvac / 39mm OD for the hose).
