USB Module Case

This is a case for a USB charger module. The module is common and available from online sellers. It features a 6v to 24v input to 5v 2A dc-dc buck stepdown converter. The case is easy to print in PLA. Make sure the input wires are soldered before the module is put into the case.

Technical

I used a slow setting polystyrene cement to secure the lid, the lip in the lid locates behind the socket to assist insertion forces. The holes in the case help air cool the module
