<p>What length did you cut / shorten the handle on the Lauri PT77 blades - the ones I bought come with a very long (nearly 125mm long) handle?</p>

What material do you use for the handles? Is regular PLA strong enough?

<p>I print it 7° off of horizontal with external support turned on. With Cura, I use around 30% support density for the cleanest final surface.</p>

I have been trying to print part on U2 but can not find a flat spot on handle. I have tried brim and raft but it still prints areas in air.. How do you print it?

Switching filament colors mid print. This can be done just by inserting a new filament color as you print, but it is most reliable to actually fuse the filaments together pre-printing using a match and a file.
