https://youtu.be/ddeZN9QSRLU This it's my 40x40x20 fancap for um2 hotend on umo+. I don't know if this works on um2 but I doubt it since it should hit the sides of the frame, on umo+ since it's open there's no problem to go wide. Clean the nozzle hole with a file until you can pass the Torque Wrench tool to adjust the nozzle. Use aluminium tape also inside the hole to protect the sides that get heat from the nozzle. Will post photos as soon I get some time. The design could be printed on one part, but I like to be able to remove the fancap and be able to have the fans hang to something without having to take out all the screws.
