<p>@Jeroen- Thanks! I've been debating going to a smaller nozzle (we print a lot of very small parts) so boring out the nozzle isn't an option for us :/ I've been using the straightener for a few months now and it seems to be doing the trick.</p><p>@reibuehl- I've added a STEP file of the assembly. <p>Hi, I would like to adjust your design to different ball bearing size and to match the IRobertI alternative feeder. Unfortunately I do not have access to Solidworks. Would it be possible for you to publish a measured drawing that shows the position and diameter of the different holes?</p><p>Reiner.</p>

<p>Love it, this is something I was thinking about for a while.</p><p>I must say that after making the nozzle 0.6mm instead of 0.4mm the generally known problem of underextrusion seems to be over....and prints much faster.</p>
