I had to make the little guy a bit obese to fit the usb stick, also moved his antennas to the middle for printability. Print with the flat sides down, I added support which I removed easily using a small chisel. The usb stick used is a "ICIDU metal" in Holland you buy them f.e. at the "MyCom" or "Dixons". If you want to make your own design for this particular USB stick you can easily reuse my "design spark mechanical" file
