Hardware:
2 x Wago 221-412 lever nuts
1x 5/16-18 3-4" long bolt
1x 5/16 washer
2x 5/16-18 nut
a piece of rubber and contact cement to hold it on the fixed clamp
And your favorite printable filament. I used PETG, but ABS should work well, too.
I printed in 0.2 mm layers with a 1mm nozzle, 3 mm thick walls, and 40% triangular infill.
