Check out more info at http://minifacture.wordpress.comYou need to drill several holes on left, right, and front side of the wooden chassis. Print 2 hinges from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:79922 and attach door. I have not yet attached a door latch, but planning to have some sort of magnetic latch.Top cover is glued together and opening part was attached. I used flexible PLA from Ultimaker for flaps on the back, for bowden to partly freely to move without much constrain. Heat escapes without the flaps.After installing this, 120W powersupply can heat up to 70'C in about 7-9 mins, but still doesn't do up to 110'C. I like the power supply small, but if you like faster heat up, use larger power supply.
