Yes, I tried to fit it on every single panel just to test.

You tried to fit it on the side? The sidepanels are thinner and it is made for them.

This doesn't fit on my Ultimaker 2 The panel thickness is just over 6mm and your design seems to have a 5.5mm groove for the panel.
