Next step is to get more capacity (tip from the guys at www.makerpoint.nl).Getting hoses around the two crossing print head suspension shafts is not too easy, so I tried to squeeze in 40mm fans. No time to try it yet, but it should fit. Needs a bit more distance between the x-y stage and the table, so I added an adapter piece.Another feature I added is a heat shield mount. Can be made from a beer can or some other 0,05-0,2mm metal plate.I found a lot of 40mm fans so choose one that's easy to get. Maximum thickness 10mm. Bolt pitch is standard 32mm.UPDATE aI made some bad presumtions on how the print head looks inside, so I had to redesign the adapter plate. Now you can mount it without taking all cables loose.UPDATE bI wired the fans and they hardly turn :(( Only at 80% fan speed the rotate a little. Or if I short-circuit one, the other runs very fast at 80%-100%. The strange thing is the new fans are 0,05A whereas the original ones are 0,1A. Puzzled (and pissed).UPDATE cThe fornt part is blocking flow through the permanent cooling fan. DO NOT USE. I will make an improvement soon.
