Description

I designed a polycarbonate front door for my Ultimaker 2 Extended. I used the cad files for the Ultimaker 2 and customized the design for the Ultimaker 2 Extended. Polycarbonate is stronger than PMMA, this was the reason why I used Polycarbonate. Update 18.09.2016 I added the door also for the normal Ultimaker 2 (+).

yes you have to drill holes in the Aluminium front

Photos are a bit unclear, so going to ask: do you need to drill holes for the hinges, or how do you fasten it?
