Wanted to design a shaped box which fits nicely along the ulticontroller, but because of the mains, lockable. I found these and printed them:UltiController Locking Sideplates by jwags55, published Aug 11, 2013 on Thingiverse.There is a CAD file, so it was easy to import it in SW and draw the box whit in its limits. Along the STL files I'll publish the 3D PRT files. Be careful when slicing and alter your standard infill overlap to be sure it grips the walls. Ultimakers Yellow PLA tends to dry very fast, lower your vents and/or printspeed or be safe and thicken the walls. They are 2mm now. Use support everywhere because of the holes and fit the amount of support to 40%. Using the yellow PLA? scale the curaprint to 1.02.The contour is drawn first, then the hight can be made as long as you wish.There are two sideplates and they are sturdy and secure enough fastened to the locks, The square holes and the SD card hole can be deleted. if not used for the wooden housing.(You'll need two extra files for the lids, they will be published soon.
