However, it sounds a little noisy as I havent printed the wheels in the best quality and the hard PLA therefore makes a lot of noise. Maybe you have to put a rubber casing around it, like small stripes out of a 3/4" gardenhose.I will put a smaler wheel to the documents that will fit in the gardenhose. The weight is not a problem since it is only supported by the wheels and the inner construction holding only the wheels at the right position. Depending on how heavy you print the wheels you can carry much weight, but then you have to use a correspondingly thicker plate. I have printed mine with 0,8mm Shell and 20% percent Infill, and it seem no Problem with the ~ 12 kg of the UM2.

How well does it work? And is it strong enough to support the weight long term? We are looking for something like this for the office.
