This is to crimp off the flow in a flexible tube. The design is for 10mm OD silicone tubing, but could be scaled to meet your needs.
Technical
Print in stiff but pliant material. PLA will slowly lose strength is held under pressure or tension too long. Use ABS, PET, or a stiff plastic.
