Cool, B.t.w. I'm featuring this really nice design!

Okay, I added a .max, .obj and .3ds file. It also includes a sd-card holder that should fit right into the chest. Added also some more printing instructions.
<br><br>Truckle, 5% should be enough because you only need it to support the top section. I print most of my prints with a 1.2mm wall thickness and 0.1mm z-resolution. Everything else is the standard ultimaker setup.
Let me know if that works.<br>I added a picture that shows what happens if you don't print it with infill. Maybe that helps.

5% infiltrate is not enough, ?15% would work better? Did you use 100 or 200 resolution?

What did you design it in? Usually a design program has its own file format in addition to exporting capabilities.
You've used the export, which is the preferred format for 3D printing, but it's not the preferred format for modification.

Usually you upload the original file of whatever software you used.
Bounus points for an export to another common file format.
This way other people can modify it.
e.g. in this case modify the dimensions to fit something else without having to scale the hinge.

Erik, thanks for the feature!
That's kind of funny as we've just used blue PLA with a black acryl ground layer. We also once printed it with blue PLA and white Acryllic base paint which made it look kinda spooky :D
<br><br>Marcus, I'm not quite sure what you're looking for. You should be able to use the STL if you wish to make your own modifications. I could convert it to .obj for you if that helps.

I only see an STL.
Where is the original file?

Nice job on the design. The print also looks really nice in that metallic PLA. I featured the design!
