The doors on my Toyota Sienna stopped working in the cold. The temperature would fall to around 35F and suddenly I couldnt get into my sliding side doors - pull the lever and the door wouldn't release. I looked for similar problems and found a "fix" on YouTube. However, in my case the cables would end up floating as shown in the picture. I decided that wasn't desirable so I designed a braket that will "snap" the cables in place.I printed on an Ultimaker 2 - used Cura's mirror function to produce both left and right side doors at the same time!First remove the interior of the door, then remove the cables from their bracket - record the position!, snap the top cable in first, then middle, then bottom. yes it's a tight fit! Fasten the print to the bracket with a plastic tapping screw if desired. No warranty or satisfaction expressed or implied - use at your own risk! (Cheap fix for me - I need "new handles" per the dealer anyway ;-))
