We scaled it by trial and error because my Inkscape skills are close to zero, but in the end we got a good workable STL file that fits an adult-sized nose well and is about 65mm wide and about 2.6mm thick. The STL file is all you really need. The DXF is whatever Inkscape put out, it's about 1mm wide. the SCAD file will load it, extrude it and scale it, so if you want to change the X/Y or Z size you can by changing the scales in that file.Print, wear, be silly.
