Own design , inspiration from the teigblume tm5 / tm31. This is for the kitchen machine thermomix TM5 and TM31. It helps toget the dough out off the tub. by twisting the knife . Mirror this for lefthanded use . 2 sorts i prefer the 40mm , is more friendly in use . The designs on the nett are not 3D-printer friendly , this one is printing without any support. I made several from this, all in PLA , 40% infill 0.1mm layer and 0.30mm nozlle, works perfect .
