Print one copy of "Optiized - Queen.stl" and one of "optimized - base.stl."  The two halves of the queen get glued together.  The two halfs of the gear get glued together.  Then slide the gear onto the shaft on the heart that is attached to the queen.  You can then attach the second half of the heart over the gear.  You might have to drill out the center of the gear.  It is modeled to be big enough but it prints much smaller for me.
