Though I'm printing with Ultimaker S5s, I'm only using one extruder/material (PLA) since there are a lot of single-extrusion printers in our organization and I wanted to make sure they could be used in the same way. I use Cura with "Automatically drop models to the build plate" turned OFF. This lets me position parts hanging in space over each other. I also turn all support off. Then I can use the Preview view to position the parts so that there is a one-layer gap between them. Cura will skip that layer without complaint. When it prints (make sure your filament is dry) the first layer of each part is a little rough but it still sticks solidly, well enough to continue the print. That skipped layer is sort of like a line of perforations in a piece of paper, so it creates a plane along which the parts want to split. Even so, I needed these tools to split them easily, specifically because I'm NOT using breakaway or PVA.

are you printing with a single extrusion printer? I have been told maga s cant print because its not a double printing a breakaway material in between. Thanks Just trying to speed up production.

Yep! Ultimaker's with 0.8mm print cores @ 0.3mm layer height. The parts are spaced so that one layer is missing between parts. I get a tiny bit of stringing in the inside corners around the visor but it doesn't require a lot of work to remove.
