Uses these quick release plates:https://www.youmagine.com/designs/manfrotto-200pl-compatible-quick-release-plateThe springs are a bit fiddly to insert and the surfaces of the "stamp" and it's hole need to be smooth. It helps to insert the ballpoint ben spring and stamp into the base first. Then bend the arms of the cloth peg spring outward. Then insert it into the arm and the M5 bolt into the base. Then combine both while keeping the stamp down.

Technical

1 spring from cloth pegs 1 spring from a ballpoint pen M5x20 bolt with sinkhole head
