You can easily build an adapter which adds suspension to your smartphone bike mount by sp-connect.com (see there). It should be suitable for other components of their system, too. You need to combine this part with 1 "Universal Interface" and 1 "Adhesive Kit" by sp-connect.com. The current design size roughly matches the iPhone 12 mini, you may wish to modify it for your own phone. See the usage in the short video in the documents.
