Spacemarine was trademarked by Robert Olsen in 1927. The word "Games" cannot be trademarked nor can the word "workshop". The company trademark is on Gamesworkshop (all one word). As long as I am not SELLING this product as a Spacemarine terminator I remain under Creative Commons / Derivative. If I do decide to sell it, I still can as long as I do not claim to work for GW. Garin, you should change the model name, Spacemarine and Games Workshop are trademarked. You really shouldn't use those. Using those names, with these models violates the 10% difference IMHO. Change the name and you probably could get away saying they are different enough. But taking IP from anyone (even the evil people at GW) is wrong.

BTW, these are beautiful sculpts. I do think that the sculpts are different enough from GW that you can claim 10% different, but the name needs to change
