An attemp to design an enclosure consept for small electronics thats atleast IP64 rated. The lid snaps on and the thin gasket printed in flexible filament prevents any waterdrops from entering the inner area. Dimentions are just for the prototyping, a coin battery of the type CR2450 will fit. The concept can be applied to enclosures with other dimensions. Since the lid needs some stiffness to keep pressure on the gasket, the thickness are adjusted for 3D printing filaments. The printed parts are printed with Colorfabb's NGEN and XT filaments.
