Looks great ! Will give it a try tonight. I had the same issue with underextrusion, and had printed a lot of ABS. This ruined the teflon piece at the printhead. Replacing this changed my(printers) life ! 90mm is not an issue anymore. Check Banggood.com for a really cheap part.

mine are 28mm, I just had to sand the top a little...
