Stumped on my Percussion Cap Revolver, and not having had a lot of time the past 2 weeks to work on it, I decided to work up an idea I had a while back, but never made. This is a single band/tube rubber powered launcher. It's inspired by some of Joerg Sprave's work, and it operates on a similar principle to the early crossbows.
