playing it wont hurt your brain after you have played it a couple of times, however when you put all of the aspects that have been included in the game together and think about it that's when the brain really hurts.....the things they are doing at cern the things they can do with DNA….. that's want make my brain hurt and how is it all going to fit together in the future????????have you had a go at making any of the pieces?

hello chap have a look on the web site www,simchess.com there are some animations however they have slightly changed. the mind, dna and environment and moon all now only jumps one move. I should probably show it on u tube I guess. you will have to drop me a line on Skype of face time

Hello Joris, the basic game is still the same and the king is still the most important player and the one to be protected. the below should I hope explain the rest of the new pieces. they are slightly different to what is on the web site, the web site is to be updated soon. The Mind now only moves 3 Squares, can only jump any player on the first move. The basis of the move is the same way as is on the website. two straight then a kick diagonal 1 square or 2 diagonal and one kick straight. The Environment follows the same sort of change reducing down to 3 moves. These are all diagonally with at least one kick or change of direction diagonally. so two squares then a kick one square or one square then a kick two squares. Again the Environment can only jump any player on the first move. The DNA has also been reduced in the No of moves down to 2 in either straight or diagonal and can only jump on its first move. this means the pawns need to be out of the way to enable it to move forward or the minds or the sun or moon depending on which side of the DNA you are wanting to move. so basically it moves one extra square to the kink but in the same way. The Quarks are as is on the website apart from the Jump Rule. it can only jump on the first move any player. The Moon has also been reduced to 3 moves and can only jump on the first move. it still has to have two changes of direction in a semi circle. this means it cant make a zig zag, it has to turn in the same direction. The Sun...is the same as the Queen apart from it can also jump on the first move, also when it is gone its gone you cant promote it back in play. the prince and princess are the same but they cant jump. The set up is on opposites so you have a prince sitting opposite a princess it doesn't matter which way round. it sounds complicated but if you just start off with introducing one set of pieces at a time it soon makes sense. start with introducing the prince and princess for a couple of games then introduce the DNA. so on and so on. I came up with the basis of the idea while working over in Holland in a little place called Pernis while working in the ship yards. I haven't been back to Holland for some time but I hope to again soon.

Hello, iam not reinventing chess just adding to it. chess in some circles is know as the game of life......well there is much more to think about don't you think than when the original game was invented. chess is easy to learn and easy to play it is just hard to play well. Life for future generations is not going to get any easier so I thought the future generations should be added to the board with a representation of what they are going to be dealing with behind them......its only a game.... mark
