So I printed a 3 msd version and in a really old stl program... mirror imaged it. My thought being that while it might be a little tight, the tab would still be flexible enough. I is. Make the base a little thinner to get the most play in flexibility and make the lip as short as you are willing to make each piece and then just super glue together. Works great.

Try to come up with 2 sides that can be glued together it hit me al of a sudden that contrary to the pictures the final design has little lips to hold in the cards, especially the micro-SD's need this or you risk them falling out. This lip needs to be pushed down to get the card out. When you glue 2 togethere you probably can't move the lips anymore to get the cards out.

Sorry for late reaction. The easy way would be to print 2 and glue them together. If you don't have openscad I can make 2 stl files for you.

I am going to print this over the weekend, but I have an idea. Is there a way to do this 2 sided? It will increase the thickness a little, but massively shrink the surface area. I want to go the key chain route, but not take up nearly as much space. 1 Msd to SD converter and 10 Msd's

Pretty awesome idea! I've always had issues keeping track of my memory cards. No longer :)
