A scan of my sweetheart made at the Ultimaker office with a Kinect and the Skanect software.

<p>It seemed like the original Kinect, however I didn't set up the scanning rig myself, so I'm not sure. I assume that the resolution got a bit better, but this is about the kind of res that you can expect from a Kinect, perhaps it gets better once you modify the optics.</p>

Erik, is this the max resolution from a kinect? did you use a kinect v1 or v2 ?
