The original part is made of ABS, but PLA will also work fine, although it’s a bit stiffer. Good results with Cura settings: Fast print (0.15mm), dense infill (50%) and a 0.4mm nozzle. When printed in one piece, the cover should be printed sideways with a brim (build plate adhesion) and support structure enabled. This will give the strongest results, but not a perfectly smooth surface finish. In two pieces the lid can be printed flat without any brim or support for a smooth bottom surface finish and the clip part has to be printed sideways to retain strength. The two parts can be glued together seamlessly.
