The constraints for this design were to make an object that makes sounds or music. It also is supposed to be designed for them (the people) and be permanent. Our Magnificent Rotating Bell Dinger design satisfies all the design constraints and so much more! It has all bells (and while lacking whistles) manages to create permanent beautiful noise with minimum effort required. It is designed to be used by everyone, and our noise maker will certainly be music to their ears.
