Rotary cheese grater - not as speedy as a metal store-bought one, but it does work. See pics - that isn't stunt cheese. 2nd pic shows grip method for good results. Did not want to rip off other cheese graters you see, so went with a different design. A wee bit of olive oil around the edges of the inner cylinder before use might help if its is sticky and hard to turn. Cheese should be firm... but not hard-as-a-rock.Warning!
