In this project I have designed a bed mount and Belt & idler mechanism to replace the roller bearings of my 3d printer. I own a Kuongshun K10 3d printer( I know nobody have heard about it, it is a mixture copy of geectech A10 and ender 3). So I was facing a lot of bed leveling issue. The roller bearings have a wiggle in them which causes this problem. So I decided to replace those roller bearings to linear guides. My printers Y-axis t slot have a chamfer which I utilized and I bought A4BI Linear guides which are 9mm wide with 6mm thick, fortunately they also have a chamfer on them so I just put them together and I didn't need any sort of calibration tool to mount them, just used a few t slot nuts and M3 5mm long Allen screws and my guides were in place. For belt & Idler I took kdmshark design for GT2 Idler pulley( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:312510 ) and I designed a M6x24mm screw tight tension mechanism.
