Just a small clarification. The "Mj189 Hand Wheel * Base" through hole is designed to have a smaller diameter than the lead screw so that it can be screwed onto the threaded part of the lead screw. This will fix the base and whole assembly in place and allow it to be locked down by the outer lock nut. The original wheels have threaded inserts that solve this.

The STL files is version 104, while the source is 105. The difference is just some cleanup in the code.
