The bezel of my watch broke and I was unable to obtain an original spare part. Since I couldn't stand the "tuna can" look of the bezelless watch, I designed this replacement from scratch by taking measure of the watch and playing with openscad's hull and minkowsky operations. Both versions print fine without support with their dial side down. The single-piece version requires bridging. I used 0.55mm extrusion width and 0.25mm layer height on my Reprap.
I recently purchased a gshock mrg-1 1556 and would like to know if you can make the bezel in black and if so what would the cost be?

Hi chanwan,
I understand. I'm a bit handicapped at the moment since after moving, the neighbors complain about the printing noises :-/.
I think it should be possible for you to find someone near you that can print the design files for a small fee. There's also lots of commercial printing services out there that are not troubled by their sensitive neighbors :-)

Hi. Thank you for the post.
When I ask you if you could do it again, I meant to ask if you could again
make a bezel for a Casio G-Shock MRG-1 for me.
When the replica fits my bezel-less watch, I would be happy to pay a
reasonable price and mail cost.

Hi Chan Wan,
I'm glad you like it. By doing again, do you mean for a different model?
I'm afraid that would be very difficult without having the actual watch to
make all the measurements required. I do also have a dw8200, but
its bezel is still in an ok shape, and I hardly wear it, so it will probably take a couple of years until I find compelled to model a bezel for that one…
regards,
Andreas
