Many thanks @Kotzaak. Please let me know if you experience something else or have other improvement ideas. I think thinner walls would be sufficient. Will try when I find some time. In addition there may be better fittings. The current span fitting may wear off after a while (when opening and closing a lot of times) and not hold the two parts together sufficiently.

v.133 widened the power plug slot to 9mm (w) x 6 mm (h). Position changed to 5.5mm from bottom. This was due to reports that sometimes the power plug didn't fit properly in the small slot.
