The BOM is very similar to Andy’s. See http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-a-Laser-3D-Printer-Stereolithography-at-Ho/step1/Materials-Tools-and-Safety/
Specifically, I have used the same linear rails and blocks, electronic parts, same lead screw and lead nuts for the linear motion, and same laser parts, and yes you will also need the resin and delrin sheet to print on. I have not listed all screws types and their sizes. They do appear in the instructions on GitHub https://github.com/eranr/rafi/wiki
One difference with respect to the above list is in the linear motion parts of the X Axis. Instead of an Acme 1/4"-16 (1 Start) Lead nuts Square flange 4 hole, I have used an Acme Square Nut, 1/4 – 16. In short, instead of 3 Acme leadnuts you need only two, and instead you will need the Acme Square Nut.
Other than that I have also used:
- 4 X 90 degree angle brackets for placing the top of the case in a removable way
- 2 X 8mm smooth rods of length 300mm and 2 X LM8UU linear bearings for the X-axis
- 2 X 696 radial bearings
- 2X 150mm M6 threaded rods
